"The heavens declare the glory of God"

Psalms 19:1 says: "The heavens declare the Glory of God."

July 5, 2008
This morning couldn't have said it better. What a glorious sunrise over the Columbia River in WA State!!

The river picked up the purple-pink reflection and the golden glow just enhanced God's beautiful handiwork.
We were breathless with the lovely colors and golden moment.

How can anyone deny God's existence when they look at something as
glorious as this?

In Psalm 14:1 it says... "The [empty-headed] fool has said in his heart,
There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable deeds; there
is none that does good or right." Amplified Bible.
The tufts of clouds catching the early sun before it had risen
turned a gorgeous rosy pink and we held our breath for fear we'd miss
a change in the shades and formation.

Psalm 19 goes on to say...
vs. 2- "Day after day pours forth speech
and night after night shows forth knowledge."
vs. 3- "There is no speech nor spoken word [from the stars]: their voice
is not heard."
vs. 4- "Yet their voice goes through all the earth, their sayings to the end of
the world...."

Thank you, Abba Father, for such a welcome to this wonderful day.
