Well, August 18th was a beautiful day and just right for a little boy turning 3!!! So Daddy took Jake to the Golf Course since this was the theme for his Birthday Party.
His own Golf Bag on his back just like Dad!
He returned... all smiles and so happy.

Jake hugged us both and when Grandma asked him what he liked best of all his gifts... she expected him to say the new bike. But wonder of wonders he said "The Cake, Grandma." What sweet music to my ears, since it took me several hours to come up with the requested cake. Well worth the time and energy, wouldn't you say?

They always find time to come down to see their two grandsons, whether they have parties to attend or just to visit.
